The 45-year-old woman disappeared in St Michael’s on Wyre, where she was walking her dog after dropping her daughters off at school. The woman was found dead 23 days after her disappearance. A 34-year-old man who was arrested in March over video taken inside a police cordon was re-arrested on June 18 in Greenhalgh on suspicion of harassment. The man arrested in connection with the Nicole Bulley case is reportedly from Swindon, Wiltshire. However, the man has been released on conditional bail but is still subject to further investigation. Lancashire Police said: “The conditions of his bail have been set to prevent interference or intimidation of any witnesses, including a number of people from the village of St Michael’s on the Wyre, and he will not be entering Lancashire for any reason other than it’s traveling straight through the county without stopping.” The same person was previously detained for obstruction of justice and suspicion of malicious criminal communication.
