Richie – who recently announced she has a new show with best friend Paris Hilton – adds that lying in the sand is her favorite activity, but her husband isn’t a fan.

“My husband thinks it’s disgusting that I’ll be lying in the sand. I don’t even need a towel. I just love being there, I love having the hot sand on me, jumping in the water. That’s my idea of my dream vacation.”

She says that neither her son nor her husband like to even “touch the sand,” which makes a family getaway to the beach even more of a struggle.
