Nikki Garcia Says She’s ‘Grateful’ on Thanksgiving Husband Artem Chigvintsev Gets to Live Out His ‘Dreams’

While Nikki Garcia was enjoying quality time with her family on Thanksgiving, Twin love cohost has been counting its blessings on social media.

Garcia (40) expressed his love and gratitude to his husband Artem Chigvintsev (41) and their son Matteo (3) in an Instagram post that briefly showed the father-son bond.

“It’s always hard to leave dad, but gosh, we’re so proud of him!” Garcia wrote alongside the clip. “I’m grateful for my family, I’m grateful that Artem will be involved DWTS one more week (hopefully 2! 😊) and I’m living my dreams and so thankful for my family’s health and love. I hope everyone is enjoying such a blessed day! 🦃🍁🍽🍷☺️ Love you @theartemc !!!”

Chigvintsev is paired with BachelorCharity Lawson on this season Dancing with the stars, although Chigvintsev sat out a week in October after testing positive for COVID-19.

Garcia, who turned 40 with twin Brie Garcia on Nov. 21, celebrated the milestone by attending DWTS’ “A Celebration of Taylor Swift Night” and dine at Caviar Kaspia, one of her favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. “It’s the perfect ending to my 40th birthday party, caviar and baked potatoes with champagne,” Nikki previously told PEOPLE.

The retired WWE star has also proudly posted time and time again about her vacation with Matteo. In October, Garcia shared a post on Instagram that showed her enjoying a fall day outdoors with her young son.

Garcia began the post with two smiling selfies of the mother-son duo that showed off Matteo’s big blue eyes, while hers were hidden behind large sunglasses.

The Total Bellas alum ended the carousel with a photo of Matteo dressed in seasonal attire — an orange Henley, flannel and a pumpkin sticker — and focused on the waffle in front of him.

“Harvest and Halloween fun with my boy 🥰🍂🎃🍂🍩,” Garcia captioned the cute photos.

Last December, Twin love co-host told PEOPLE that Matteo’s “toddler phase” was exciting because of his curious, adventurous nature.

At the time, she said her little boy was “so curious about the real world.”

“He wants to play with more than his toys,” Garcia added. “He wants to know, ‘Why are Mom and Dad opening these drawers in the kitchen? How do they cook their food?’ ”
