Nitin started going to the gym to gain weight in the tenth grade. Nitin and his friends noticed that his body was growing faster than others so his friend and coach Sandeep Baisoya ‘Tiger’ encouraged him to pursue bodybuilding as a career and become a bodybuilder and he started training with his friend Sandeep Trained under the tutelage of Baisoya ‘Tiger’ and became a bodybuilder. He subsequently won many bodybuilding competitions.

He usually competes at heavyweight. In 2017, he participated in the Manjula Classic and won first place in the classic bodybuilding group, first place in the 90kg bodybuilding group, and second place in the amateur bodybuilding group. In 2018, he won first place in the 36th Natural Bodybuilding Union International (NBBUI) Mr. World Competition.

He finished third in the 2018 Sheru Classic. He won the Haryana Mr. Bodybuilding Championship in 2020 and 2021 and the Mr. India competition in the 100 kg category in 2021 and 2022.

In 2022, he won second place in the Asian Bodybuilding Federation (ABBF) Mr. Asia competition.
