Noel studied till 10th grade at DLS RCI (Imarat Research Centre), Telangana. He furthered his studies at the Defence Experimental College, Telangana. He obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Sri Venkateswara College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad.

In June 2019, the couple filed for divorce; shortly after their marriage, they began to experience problems. Noel officially announced his divorce from Esther in 2020 on Instagram, writing:

After graduation, he started working as a web designer at Cognizant. While pursuing his degree, he met Pallela Ravishankar, a famous archery coach. Pallela introduced Noel to casting director Teja. Noel then acted in the Telugu film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge in 2006. While shooting for this film, he met Telugu director Krishna, who introduced Noel to legendary music director MM Keeravani. Noel made his debut as a rapper in the Telugu film Vikramarkudu in 2006.
