Olivia Plath Reveals 90 Day Fiancé Star Big Ed Once Slid Into Her DMs: 'You Like The View?'

Olivia Plath opens up about the surprise TLC star who DMed her — and how she responded.

In the episode The Sarah Fraser Show On Oct. 1, host Sara Fraser asked the photographer, 26, if she’s had any fun celebrity encounters since her divorce from Ethan Plath. While joking that she’s too old for Leonardo DiCaprio to reach out to her (“I’m over 25,” she said), Olivia revealed that she’s received some messages from a fellow reality star.

“Let me guess—it’s from another show I’m pretty sure you’ve been covering, and a pretty, I’d say pretty troubled person, who just likes hooking up with girls overseas and sending them lots of money,” Olivia teased. .

She then discovered that the mysterious man was Big Ed from Fiancé of 90 days franchise. When Fraser was asked if she had responded to the DMs, Olivia said she had and described him as problematic due to his dating history and on-and-off relationship with Liz Woods.

“I answered because he was just telling me all sorts of things,” she laughed. “I just said, ‘Yeah, do you like the view?’”

Olivia also opened up about more serious matters in her life, including explaining why her divorce needs to be reviewed after it was originally finalized in April 2024.

“So, as the beginning of this season showed last year, I was trying to get a divorce, I was trying to get Ethan to sign [the] paperwork. However, he did not want to fill out all the paperwork,” she explained. “He did not want to fill out the financial part of the paperwork. Then I said, ‘Well, if he doesn’t fulfill it, I can’t fulfill it.’ I don’t come to court saying, ‘Yeah, I’m making all this money and he’s not making anything.’ We will not play this game.”

“Therefore, the courts have indicated that it must be finalized and fixed,” she added. “And that’s where it still stands because I can’t get a response from him to finally fix it.”

Still, Olivia maintained that she doesn’t let her unresolved issues get in the way of moving forward in her life. She further said that her new relationship is with a man named Brendon, who debuted this season Welcome to Plathville, it’s going well.

“It was actually a pretty wild process,” she said. “He is a very private person and doesn’t really want a public life, so to speak, on his own accord. He was like, you know what, this is part of your life. And it’s a really big part of your life. Your entire adult life was public. So I’m going to join you on part of it and see how I feel about it and play it by ear.”

She continued: “So he’s a bit shy in front of the cameras, but honestly, he’s just a great person. And I’m really happy to have him in my life.”

In the September episode Welcome to Plathville, Brendon introduced himself to viewers while he and Olivia were on a road trip together in Sonoma, California.

“I’m a head-first kind of guy,” Brendan told the cameras. “If I like someone or if I like something, I want to dive into it first. I feel like there’s really no other point in doing anything else.”

The cameras then showed the couple kissing and saying “I love you” to each other.

“I just want to be able to grow old and sit on a park bench and look at the sun,” Brendan said. “Just be able to sit there and appreciate each other’s company. There is no one like her and I would never want anyone else.”
