The model and pop star, 56, was on a BA flight to Munich when she allegedly got into an argument with another passenger.

The plane was on the runway ready for take-off but was turned around at Heathrow after Sam “flew out”, sources said.
His passengers had to get off and were placed in a hotel.
The next day they started their journey.
Police said a woman in her 50s was arrested on suspicion of being drunk on the plane and released on bail until March.
Sam said she was assisting the investigation and was “deeply sorry for any inconvenience”.
The star was struck by tragedy last March after her sister Vanessa died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 50.
The sisters were very close; Before her 2017 autobiography, Forever, Sam told how Vanessa saved her when she was attacked by their alcoholic father, Pat.
Sam, 56, recalled: “I thought he was going to kill me and I begged him to stop. When I tried to get up, he kicked me in the stomach so hard that I fell over and wouldn’t stop.
“My sister Vanessa heard what was happening and jumped on his back to get him off me.”
It’s the latest heartache for model and pop star Sam – who first appeared in The Sun 40 years ago – and it comes eight years after her long-term partner Myra Stratton died of cancer.
