Paoli Dam made her screen debut with the Bengali TV series Jibon Niye Khela (1999), which aired on Zee Bangla. She received great appreciation from the audience for her villainous role in the TV series Tithir Atithi, which aired on ETV Bangla (now Colors Bangla).
