Parth Samthaan is an Indian actor and model, best known for his roles as Manik Malhotra and Prithvi Sanyal in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan and Best Friends Forever, respectively. However, he first appeared in Life OK’s Savdhaan India in 2012.

Parth received his education from New Era High School, a boarding school in Panchgani. He went on to study architecture at LS Raheja College of Architecture. While in college, he was the lead singer of the band The Five. He went to Mumbai to study acting at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Academy.
Before entering television, he was a model. Parth participated in several modeling competitions and also appeared in advertisements for several popular brands.

- In an interview with DNA, Ekta Kapoor made controversial remarks about Parth. She said:
Vikas and Parth are close and in a romantic relationship. Parth accused Vikas of touching him inappropriately on December 7, 2013, and 20 days later, he and Vikas were vacationing in Bangkok together! I know because I was there to ring in the new year too.
