Netflix’s new drama Partner Track will premiere on the platform on August 26, 2022 at 12pm PT/3am ET. The story follows a young lawyer who makes her way to the top of the business world, facing numerous obstacles. Partner Track is based on a well-known book.
The first season will have 10 episodes, all of which will be broadcast on the same day. The series is based on the famous book The Partner Track by acclaimed author Helen Wan. The first two episodes of the program will reportedly be directed by Julie Anne Robinson. On July 29, 2022, Netflix released the series’ official trailer, which sets up the basic story by showing a confident Arden Cho with a voiceover saying:
“Being in a relationship teaches you who you really are. He’s competing and I’m so close.”
The trailer follows the main character, Ingrid Yun, as she faces various personal and professional problems. The teaser has a lively tone that will definitely appeal to fans of fast-paced character-driven dramas. Viewers should expect a truly enjoyable series full of intriguing and engaging characters. According to the official Netflix synopsis:
“At a top New York law firm, Ingrid Yun works to make partner—and to maintain her ideals—while juggling romance, friends, and family expectations.”

Arden Cho plays the main character Ingrid Yun in the program. She is a young, ambitious lawyer trying to climb the corporate ladder while struggling to sacrifice her ethics and moral values. Cho looks absolutely amazing in the clip, as she portrays her character’s many subtle nuances with surprising ease. This truly gifted actress will give a great performance. Cho has starred in numerous films and television series over the years, including Teen Wolf, Tween Fest, Chicago Med and Stuck.
Jeff Murphy, another charming and skilled lawyer at the firm, is played by Dominic Sherwood. Rachel Friedman plays Alexandra Turshen. In addition to the performers listed above, the series also stars a number of others in key roles, including:

- Nick Laren is played by Rob Heaps.
- Marty Adler is played by Matthew Rauch.
- Nolan Dan Fallon is played by Gerard Funk.
Georgie Lee created the program and also serves as executive producer with co-host Sarah Goldfinger. Lee is best known for her work on The Expanse, Red Doors and The 100, while Goldfinger is best known for her work on the Netflix teen drama Trinkets. Partner Track will be available on Netflix on Friday, August 26, 2022.
