Patrick Cantlay is an American-born professional golfer who has competed in international golf competitions around the world since turning pro in 2012. Cantlay grew up in California and attended Servite High School, where he became one of the best young golfers in the country. As a senior in 2010, he won the California State High School Championship. After high school, he enrolled at UCLA to finish college, but dropped out to improve on the golf course.

During his two years at UCLA, he won several awards, including the Haskins Award for College Golfer of the Year in 2011. Patrick, now ranked fifth in the world, has nine professional wins, including eight on the PGA Tour. He is also the 2021 FedEx Cup champion.

Nick, his brother, is also a professional golfer. He started his high school career playing basketball and golf.

Caroline Cantlay, Cantlay’s younger sister, also played college golf for California Polytechnic State University. She is the tournament organizer at Pebble Beach Resorts in California, where she studied agricultural business and management. Finally, Jack, Patrick’s younger brother, is a talented young golfer. He is a sophomore at Long Beach State, where he has been competing collegiately since 2022.
