In 2007, Peya Jannatul won the Miss Bangladesh beauty pageant. She was only 16 years old when she won the award.

She then started modeling and became a celebrity in Bangladesh. In 2013, she won the Miss India Princess International title, competing against contestants from 19 countries.

In 2012, she made her acting debut with the Bangladeshi film Choraboli.
