He is also the author of You’re Lucky You’re Funny: How Life Became a Sitcom. For Sony Pictures, the writer created and directed the documentary Exporting Raymond. Rosenthal travels the world to explore culinary culture for PBS’s I’ll Have What Phil’s Having in 2015. He even directed President Bill Clinton in a film for the April 2000 White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
