Pink and Carey Hart Celebrate 18th Wedding Anniversary: ‘No One Else on This Planet I’d Rather Do It with Than You’

Pink and her husband Carey Hart are celebrating 18 years of marriage!

To mark the occasion, the former professional motorcyclist, 48, posted a touching tribute to the “All Out of Fight” singer, 44, looking back on all the life adventures they’ve packed into their more than two decades as a couple.

“In the last 18 years of marriage to this amazing man, we have done so much together. Raise two amazing children, travel the world, go on adventures, love, fight, make up, support each other, laugh, cry, laugh more, breaking up, getting back together, having fun, grieving, growing and a million other things,” he wrote on Instagram.

“There’s no one else on this planet I’d rather do it with than you. 22 years in each other [sic] life and looking forward to the next 22,” he continued, jokingly adding, “As long as you don’t kill me first 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I love you baby!!!!! Happy anniversary, @pink.”

Hart’s anniversary posted several candid photos of the couple, including a picture of them sitting next to each other on a swim platform on a lake.

Another photo was a blast from the past, capturing them both with incredibly different hairstyles in the early days of their relationship – Hart with a spiky mohawk and Pink with a shaggy pixie cut with neon pink details.

The Grammy winner marked the anniversary by re-sharing several posts from fan account Pink congratulating the couple on her Instagram Story. She also posted a photo on her network showing her and Hart enjoying a date.

Pink, who appeared to snap the picture, held out her glass of beer as her husband, who sat at the table across from her, clinked his beer against hers. “Saturday Rip #hesgotacrushonme,” she captioned the post.

Timeline of Pink and Carey Hart’s relationship

Pink and Hart, who share daughter Willow, 12, and son Jameson, 7, first met at the 2001 Summer X Games, which proved to be an eventful day for Hart in more ways than one. Not only did he run into his future wife, but he also broke his right foot, broke three ribs and his tailbone while trying to flip in the air on his bike.

The couple reconciled and began dating, but their relationship had its share of trouble early on. They briefly broke up in 2003, then reunited a year later. After Hart proposed at one of his races in June 2005, they married in January 2006 in a beachside ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica.

However, just two years later, in August 2008, they announced their separation, only to reconcile and finalize the divorce in May 2009. They’ve been going strong ever since.

In 2021, as the couple celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary, Pink told PEOPLE that one of the secrets of their marriage is that they evolved and “grew up together” as they formed their own identities as people.

“When you first meet, you look at that person as your whole world. One person can’t be your whole world. You have to have your passions, your friends, your time to yourself,” Pink explained at the time. “I used to be very needy. Now we expect less from each other, and that allows us to somehow give more to each other.”

On Hart’s 48th birthday in June 2023, Pink reflected on her husband’s personal growth during the “21 birthdays” they celebrated together. “I’ve watched you grow from a young, beautiful, crazy athlete into a wise, even more wonderful businessman, entrepreneur, father and husband,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

She added: “You’re just getting started and I’ve loved growing up with you and raising little people together.”
