Pink and Carey Hart's 2 Kids: All About Willow and Jameson

Pink and Carey Hart have the cutest family of four.

The pop star and motocross rider have been married for almost two decades and have two children. The couple became parents for the first time in 2011 with the birth of daughter Willow (12). Then, in 2016, they had a son, Jameson (7).

While the “So What” singer was initially nervous about becoming a mother, she quickly fell in love with the role.

“I didn’t know I was going to have a family. I didn’t imagine it because I was terrified I’d be a terrible mother,” she told PEOPLE in her February 2023 cover story. “But, oh my God, being a mom is the most amazing thing I’ve ever done. It is shocking how I became responsible.”

Juggling motherhood with the demands of her music career is certainly no easy feat, and Pink noted that it can feel “impossible” at times. However, the sacrifices are worth it for the mom of two.

“I want to be the best I can be at everything, and that’s never good enough; that’s fucking impossible,” she explained. “But I love being a mom, I love music, and I’m lucky to be able to do all those things. I count my blessings every day.”

For Willow and Jameson, having a rock star as a mom means “their normal is different,” but Pink and Hart work hard to keep them grounded.

“We go on tour and play ball in mom’s dressing room. But they’re normal kids,” Pink told PEOPLE in May 2021. “Jameson wants to be an astronaut… Willow does gymnastics and reads Harry Potter.”

During her interview for PEOPLE’s 2018 Beautiful Issue, in which she appeared on the cover alongside Willow and Jameson, Pink discussed her parenting style. “I believe in affection,” she said. “I believe in meeting needs and exercising faith, and I believe in letting your children know that they can count on you and that you will be there.”

She added: “I always tell Willow, ‘I’m going to teach you the rules so you know how and when to break them.’ ”

Pink announced the news of her birth on Twitter, writing, “We are thrilled to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She is beautiful, just like her daddy #beyondblessed.”

Pink has already revealed that she is expecting her first child during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

A week after Willow’s birth, Pink and Hart had their first photo shoot as a family of three. “Willow is a pro!” Pink told PEOPLE about her experience. “Otherwise she’s borderline narcoleptic like her dad – she slept all the time.”

She added: “You hear people say it all the time, how life changes so drastically. But you can’t really understand how beautiful it is until you have your own child.”

In 2016, Willow served as the inspiration for her mother’s song “Just Like Fire”, which was featured in the film Alice through the looking glass. The then 4-year-old also made a whimsical appearance Alice in Wonderland-themed music video with her mom and dad.

“She’s my inspiration for everything,” Pink said of the song. “When I do something like this, I think about little girls like her because I want it to be fun.”

Willow has already followed in her mother’s musical footsteps and seems to have a promising future as a singer.

When she was 7, Willow was introduced The greatest showman: Reimagined, a tribute album to the film starring Hugh Jackman. She joined her mom in the studio for a performance of “A Million Dreams (Reprise).” Atlantic Records shared a sweet mother-daughter video on YouTube, in which Pink can be seen coaching Willow through the song as she sang her heart out. The duo also performed a duet for the ABC Network Disney’s Holiday Carol in December 2020.

Willow later debuted on the Billboard charts in February 2021 with “Cover Me In Sunshine”, a duet with Pink. At the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, Pink and Willow stunned the crowd with a breathtaking, acrobatic performance of “Cover Me In Sunshine.” The pair donned leotards as they hung from ropes and performed flawless stunts. Pink previously spoke about Will’s passion for gymnastics with PEOPLE, and the performance showcased her talents.

In June 2023, Pink marked Willow’s 12th birthday with a heartfelt post on Instagram. “Ugh. My darling. My wonderful, unique, brilliant, weird little duckling. I’m so in love with you. I carry your heart with me (I carry it in my heart),” the pop star captioned photos of her daughter through the years.

Hart also shared cute throwback photos of Willow, along with a sweet caption. “This little girl has changed my life for the last 12 years. My first born, and instant love. The love a father has for his daughter is one I have never experienced and cannot explain,” he wrote.

Shortly after her birthday, Willow and Pink performed their single “Cover Me In Sunshine” to thousands of fans in the UK on the first night of the pop star’s Summer Carnival 2023 tour.

Pink told PEOPLE that Willow has ambitions for Broadway in May 2024 — along with a dream that was fueled by watching Grey’s Anatomy.

“She’s got a voice, man,” she said. “She is a bird. He wants to perform on Broadway and then be a trauma surgeon.”

On November 12, 2016, Pink announced on Instagram that she and Hart were expecting their second child. The couple welcomed their son, Jameson Moon Hart, a month later on December 26, 2016. Like his sister, Jameson enjoys being outside, and his parents often post pictures of him rock climbing, dirt biking, skateboarding, and much more.

Pink revealed on Instagram in April 2020 that she and Jameson had both contracted COVID-19 a month earlier — Jameson was 3 at the time and his symptoms were much worse than Pink’s, lasting almost three weeks. Fortunately, both made a full recovery. Pink later said the ordeal was “the most physically and emotionally challenging experience” she’s ever had as a mother.

Later that year, Pink celebrated Jameson’s 4th birthday on Instagram, calling him a “superhero.”

“Superheroes. They go around the world making it a better place. They shine their light and spread joy,” the singer wrote alongside photos of the then 4-year-old. “There is not a room this little boy has entered without leaving lighter and happier.”

Jameson and Willow were their mom’s guests of honor at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, during which she won the coveted Icon Award for her outstanding music career. The family of four has attended several other red carpet events over the years, including the 2019 People’s Choice Awards and the 2022 American Music Awards.

In February 2021, Pink posted an adorable video on TikTok trying to get Jameson to follow in her musical footsteps. In the short video, Jameson sits at a table as Pink teaches him the lyrics to her and Willow’s duet, “Cover Me In Sunshine.”

Instead of singing the lyrics, Jameson repeats them in a hilarious growl.

“Which version is it?” Pink laughs, to which Jameson replies, “The low version.”

On Jameson’s 6th birthday in December 2023, both Pink and Hart posted sweet tributes to their son. For her post, the “Raise Your Glass” singer shared photos from the past six years and wrote an emotional message in the caption.

“My little boy. I’m 6 today. They said we couldn’t have you. Then you had to try twice to get here. I wasn’t sure I could love another the way I already loved Willow. I thought she was going to snap Instead, what you exploded my head and heart and made me bigger,” she wrote in part. “You are a miracle. Not because of any of this. You are a miracle because you choose joy every day. You make every room brighter, every life you touch happier, truer.. you are a full-bodied feeling.”
