Sail claimed to be the personal bodyguard of NCB private detective KP Gosavi and one of the witnesses in the Aryan Khan drug case.
Affidavit filed by Prabhakar Sail
In an affidavit filed by Sail on social media in October 2021, he stated that on July 22, Kiran Gosawi appointed him as his personal bodyguard. Later, he said in the video message posted,
At about 9:45 pm on October 1, 2021, he (Gosawi) called me and told me that he had left. Kiran Gosavi called me on 735 on October 2 and said he had transferred Rs 500 to my Google Pay account. He also told me that he was sending me location information via WhatsApp. At 8:45 pm, I arrived at the Central Station. I checked the location on WhatsApp and it showed that it was the NCB office. I arrived by taxi and parked my snow-white Innova car JG 3000 opposite the NCB office. The driver Vijay Suryavanshi asked me where KP Gosavi was. Vijay Suryavanshi told me that KP Gosavi was at the NCB office along with NCB officials. 10:00 am, I’m on the driver’s side. Kiran Gosavi called me and called NCB officials to take me to the NCB office. Kiran Gosawi, the officer and I left the Innova. I was instructed to wait. KP Gosavi called me at 12:00 noon and asked me to wait at the green gate. Kiran ko Sabhi sent me some photos on WhatsApp around 1:23 pm and he asked me to keep an eye out for people in the photos and inform him if anyone is boarding the cruise ship through the green gate. It turned out that I recognized one of the people in the group of photos and told him via WhatsApp that he had boarded the 2700 bus. He replied that he had identified the person and arrested 13 people. Around 10:30 pm, KP Gosavi called me from the boarding area. I saw the girl Munmun dhamecha and several other NCB officials. “
He further added,
Kiran Gosavi, accompanied by an NCB official, took Aryan Khan in a white Innova to the NCB office. At 1 am, I walked to the NCB office. KP Gosavi called me at 1 am and informed me that I had to sign as pancha. Sameer Wankhede instructed me to sign. An NCB salekar asked me to sign 10 white papers. Saraika asked for my Aadhar details. I don’t have Aadhar card so I asked him if he can send electronic copy of my Aadhar card to app number 8167609 712 from my mobile number 9137*** **99. After some time, KP Gosavi came downstairs and met Sam D’Souza 500m away from the NCB office. I chatted with KP Gosavi for about 5 minutes. After visiting the NCB office, Sam D’Souza said he and KP Gosavi got off the bus and met again. Then KP Gosavi left Innova White Innova and Sam D’Souza Innova Crystal accompanied us. We stopped at Lower Parel Bridge near Grand Bazaar. Everyone else also stopped at this location. We reached the lower reaches of Parel KP Gosavi when Sam called. After he released his affidavit, he told reporters,
I’m telling the truth because I’m scared for my life. KP Gosawi is missing and I fear he may be killed or taken hostage. In big cases, witnesses are often killed or taken away. I wanted to declare the truth “at the end of his affidavit”.
On his request, the Maharashtra government granted him security cover. Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil said,
Prabhakar Sayil had sought security from the police, who also provided him with security. It is our responsibility to protect everyone. I had a brief discussion on this issue with the Chief Minister (Uddhav Thackeray) but not in detail. “
Speaking to reporters, Mumbai DCP Manjunath Singe said,

His mother said in an interview with reporters,
