Pranati Nayak is an Indian rhythmic gymnast. She won a bronze medal at the 2019 Asian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. She was nominated for representing India at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In 2012, she began competing in rhythmic gymnastics at the senior international elite level.

Pranati Nayak participated in the children’s competition at the 2014 Asian Games in Russia along with Dipa Karmakar. They tied for fourth on the balance beam and fifth on the vault in the all-around finals of the Asian Games. In rhythmic gymnastics, Pranati won a medal at the World Championships, finishing third behind famous Indian gymnasts Deepa Karmakar and Aruna Reddy. In 2020, Pranati Nayak qualified for the continental 2020 Summer Olympics along with Milka Gehani from Sri Lanka. She got this quota in rhythmic gymnastics after the 2021 Asian Championships were cancelled. In 2021, she was selected to participate in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as a rhythmic gymnast. In 2023, Pranati participated in the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. In this competition, she qualified for the finals of vault and gymnastics all-around competition. In the women’s vault semifinals, she finished sixth with a score of 12.716 and became one of eight players to advance to the finals. And, despite ranking 23rd in the all-around event, Pranati qualified for the finals because rules state that a country can only have a maximum of two gymnasts in the finals.
