Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian Puts Up Halloween Decorations Early to ‘Surprise’ Husband Travis Barker

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is ready for Halloween! On Saturday, The Kardashians star — and self-proclaimed “Queen of Halloween” — decorated her home early for the spooky holiday and posted photos of her Halloween-themed home on her Instagram Story.

Kardashian, 44, revealed the reason behind her early decorations was to “surprise” husband Travis Barker, which she shared in the caption written above a photo of stairs lined with white pumpkins on either side.

“My husband will be on tour the first two weeks of October,” Kardashian – who is expecting a child with Barker, 47 – explained in her caption. “We had to surprise him and make sure we got all the Halloween vibes now.”

Rows of white pumpkins were also seen lined up along Kardashian’s hallway indoors, and another shot showed a rather macabre painting on the wall, featuring a bloody pumpkin and a kneeling black skeleton.

Kardashian also shared a video playing Halloween-inspired music of her spooky dining room – which has been taken over by new guests.

A family of skeletons, one of whom wore a white veil, sat at a dining table that was covered with a black tablecloth and draped with fake cobwebs. A collection of white and black skulls and skeleton hands is placed in the center, along with several stuffed crows and melted candles.

Kardashian then zoomed in on a particularly terrifying decoration on the table – a fake head in a glass jar. More crows and skeletons were seen resting on side cabinets – and one decorative dog skeleton also turned up.

In keeping with the Halloween theme, the Poosha founder reposted a photo of her with 8-year-old son Reign Disick — which she shares with ex Scott Disick — in which they’re wearing the same skeleton jumpsuits and fake devil horns, made with a filter.

In one final photo, Kardashian’s pregnant silhouette was seen as she stood atop the same pumpkin-lined stone steps pictured earlier. She added a white baby with a drum emoticon over her picture.

Kardashian also shared a creepy picture hanging on her wall.

Kardashian and her husband revealed they were expecting a child in June. Earlier this month, Kardashian announced that she had fetal surgery, due to pregnancy complications, and shared that her baby boy is “safe” after the procedure. Barker subsequently returned to tour with Blink-182.

Kardashian’s Halloween surprise for Barker comes after the drummer shared a picture of his positive COVID test on Friday. He uploaded a picture with the emoji “🤒😵🥴.” PEOPLE reached out to Barker’s rep for additional comment at the time.

Blink-182’s next show is scheduled for October 2 at the Altice Arena in Portugal.
