Johnson East and husband Andrew East are already parents to son Jett James, 2, and daughter Drew Hazel, 4.

Earlier this month, the pregnant mother-of-two made a casual comment about her young son, revealing that he weighs 48 pounds. In a subsequent Q&A on Instagram, a fan asked the returning Olympian if she meant it literally.

“A lot of those questions, yes. I’m serious,” she said with a laugh. “He’s just very thick and tall, but yes, he’s 48 pounds. And he wears a size 12 shoe. I’m not kidding.”

“I always love these questions because Andrew and I actually did a whole podcast about kids and sports and like all that,” she began, noting that it will be released in the coming weeks.

“But just because a child is built a certain way doesn’t mean they’re destined to do a certain thing,” she said.

“I don’t know what Jett is going to do,” she said, noting that he likes “anything risky right now.”

“But just because he’s built like a linebacker doesn’t mean anything,” Johnson East continued. “He might be a pianist, a scientist, a mathematician, or whatever. It’s our job to help him find what he loves, so who knows? He might just be the greatest athlete you’ve ever seen.”

In July, Johnson East spoke to PEOPLE about her third pregnancy, saying her two older children are looking forward to becoming big siblings.

“I don’t think Jett understands,” she said. “Maybe she knows, but Drew is really, really excited and she talks about it every day or kisses my belly every day or something. It’s so cute.”

As for what she’s most excited about after her baby arrives, Johnson East said she can’t wait to “introduce the baby to my other babies. I think they’re going to be the best and it’s going to be exciting to have that moment where we can share it all together .”
