Prem Chand Bairwa is an Indian politician, known for being elected as the seventh Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan in 2023. He is the BJP MLA from Dudu constituency.

He started his political career with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and played an active role in the Dudu Block organization since 1995. In 2000, he won from Dudu ward 15, his first victory as a Zilla Parishad member. In 2008, he became the district president of Jaipur Rural SC Morcha. In addition, he also serves as the general secretary of Dudu BJP Mandal. He is also the Chairman of Bairava Mahasabha. In 2013, he won the parliamentary elections. He won the post of BJP MLA from Dudu constituency by defeating Congress candidate Hazari Lal Nagar by a margin of 33,720 votes. In 2018, he suffered a defeat in the assembly elections, losing to Babulala Nagar by a margin of 14,779 votes. In 2023, he won the assembly election from Dudu constituency, defeating Congress candidate Babulal Nagar by a huge margin of 35,743 votes. On December 12, 2023, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, along with Diya Kumari, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. After taking office as deputy prime minister, he said in an interview,
This happens only in the BJP, where ordinary party workers are given such responsibilities. I will work for the advancement of Dalits and all other sections of society. “
