Prince Harry resigns from his own charity after ‘unthinkable infighting’ with board chair in ‘bullying & misogyny’ row

Prince Harry made a “devastating” decision to resign from his charity organization after a “unimaginable fight” with the President of the Committee, this is understood.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, appointed African charity organization Sentebala in 2006 in memory of his mom, Princess Diana, along with Pal Prince Seeiso of Lesoth.

In a statement seen by The Times, the couple has now revealed that they are concerned with a charity organization after unanimously resigned after the sentence with the Sophie Chandauk board chair.

In an interview with The Sun, Zimbawean lawyer, who was appointed last year, said she acted with integrity as a “proud African” – despite confronting “harassment, harassment, misogyny.”

It is understood to sue the caregiver for calling to give up on her post.

In a statement of Princes, which has yet to be publicly released, they said: “With heavy hearts, we resigned from our roles as the patron saint of the organization until further notice, in favor of the solidarity with the Board of Directors who had to do the same.

“It is devastating that the relationship between the Commissioner of the Charity Organization and the Chairman of the Committee has broken off outside the repair, creating an unsustainable situation.”

They added, “What happened is unthinkable. We are shocked that we have to do it, but we have a constant responsibility towards Sentebale users, so we will share with all our concerns with the Commission for Charity Organization about how it came.”

The Characteristic Organization Commission has confirmed that the investigation is underway for a charity that has been founded to support those living with HIV and AIDS in Africa.

However, for the sun, it confirmed that the “restructuring” of the board had happened.

He just met his future co -founder on the trip, Prince Seeis, who also lost his mom a year before.

In a statement, the couple said they started a charity organization, which means “forget-on-no,” in honor of their moms.

In 2006, Harry founded Charity Sentebale with Prince Seeiso of Lesot to help young people and children in South Africa, especially those living with HIV and AIDS. But several guardians left the organization in a dispute with the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Sophie Chandauk after requesting her resignation.

They added that they had no choice but to support guardians, who acted in the best interests of a charity organization.

A statement made by former Timothy Boucher, Mark Dyer, Audrey Kgosidints, Kelello Lerotholi and Damian West said the law of Chandauka was launched to “block us”.

Sentebale spokesman said: “We are pleased to confirm the restructuring of our committee on March 25, 2025 to enter experts with opportunities and networks to accelerate the Sentebale transformation program, as announced last year.

“In April 2024, Sentebale signaled its evolution from the developmental organization aimed at resolving the impact of HIV/AIDS on the lives of children and young people in Lesot and Bocvani, the one involved in issues of young people, wealth and climate resistance in South Africa.

“Our very successful return campaign to South Africa (RTSA) with potential international funding in October 2024 showed the potential of Sentebale in these domains.

Sophie Chandauka MBE said about the sun: “I decided to join Sentebale, above all as a proud African who understands that, in the spirit of Ubuntu: who is given a lot is expected.

“Everything I do in Sentebale is in search of the integrity of the organization, his missions and young people we serve.

“My actions are guided by the principles of honesty and the fair treatment for everyone, regardless of social status or financial way.

“There are people in this world who act like they are above the law and harass people, and then play a victim map and use a print itself who despise people who have the courage to challenge their behavior.

“Discourseing readers will ask themselves: Why would the Chairman of the Committee report their guardians to the Commission for Charity Organization?

“Why would the High Court in England and Wales accept her request to listen to the matter at all if the case had no merit?

“Well, because below all the story of the victim and a fiction that is associated with the story of the story of a woman who dares to blow a whistle about bad management issues, poor executive management, abuse of power, harassment, harassment, misogynoir – and the cover that followed.

“I could be anyone. I am simply an educated woman who understands that the law will guide me and protect me. At this point I will not say anything.

“I have one job. I have to focus on collecting funds for very important work of young people who inspire an incredible team in Sentebale who sacrifice daily at a time when geopolitics seriously affects funding for developmental works in Africa.

“For me, this is not a vanity project from which I can resign when it invites me to the account.

“I am an African who had a privilege of education and a world -class career. I will not be intimidated.

“I have to advocate for something. I advocate for those other women who have no ways and means.

“I am in charge of those who stood by me and chose my urgent call to help so we could continue the mission in Sentebale.

“I will continue faithfully to perform my role as chairman of the Committee and look forward to working with others who are interested in health, wealth and climate resistance for young people in Africa.”

“This followed after the confirmation of Sentebale about his strategy to divert higher roles to be the immediate majority of teams and programs in South Africa.

“Therefore, the reconnection of the Committee is part of the ambitious Sentebala transformation program.”

This is not the first time the Duke has faced a controversy for her charity work, after the Archwell Foundation has been accused of not submitting records – and paying the bill last year.

Harry and Meghan answered a message about the chips about their recent charity path to Nigeria.

The statement on their website reads: “The Duke and Duchess would like to expand her deepest gratitude to all organizers of events, military officials and the entire Nigerian community for their huge hospitality and the first of many unforgettable trips.”
