Priscilla Presley Dispels Rumor She Is ‘in Love with’ Former Dallas Costar Patrick Duffy: ‘So Crazy’

Priscilla Presley is setting the record straight about her feelings for Patrick Duffy.

During a Q&A at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, on Saturday night, Presley, 78, addressed recent rumors she had read that she was in love with her ex Dallas Costar Duffy, 75.

“There’s this whole big thing out there that I love Patrick Duffy and I’m reading this in a magazine that someone showed me yesterday,” she said as she spoke about her career following her 1972 divorce from rock icon Elvis Presley.

Priscilla said it was recently Dallas the cast’s reunion at the Burbank Marriott Convention Center on March 1 was the catalyst for the rumours, as she was in attendance along with Duffy and his partner Linda Purl, whom Priscilla said Duffy was “in love with”.

It’s not clear which article Priscilla was referring to, but she made it clear on Saturday night that she thinks the rumors are silly. “I’m like, ‘This is amazing, really, this is so crazy,'” The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad the star said at the Foxwoods event.

“I haven’t seen him in a long time and it was a great reunion,” she added of the recent event with the cast. “Patrick told me how happy he was and we talked to the audience and they had questions for us and that was it.”

Duffy and Priscilla played high school sweethearts Bobby Ewing and Jenna Wade during the six seasons she starred Dallas from 1983 to 1988 Jenna was the mother of Bobby’s son Lucas.

On Behind the velvet rope podcast in December 2023, Duffy said that when Priscilla joined the show, he was shocked that he would be working with “Elvis’ Priscilla”.

“It was amazing,” he said of filming their first scene together shortly after they met.

“It was another one of those gifts that… you are honored to receive in our business.”
