Elvis Presley always seems to be on Priscilla Presley’s mind.
In an interview with The Times UK released on Sunday, the actress, 78, opened up about her “rollercoaster” marriage to the rock star and how she never really stops thinking about him.
Speaking about spending time at Graceland, Priscilla noted that she “still feels the spirit of Elvis there.”
“Honestly, there are no days [that] it goes by when I don’t think about him,” she said of her late husband. “I saw the shirt just last week and I could almost hear myself saying, ‘Elvis would have loved that. Should I get it for him?'”

Priscilla then touched on what she believed Elvis would have done had he not died at such a young age.
“Musically, I think he was pretty happy with how things turned out. He liked knowing that his music meant something to people,” she said. “I remember sitting with him at Graceland and listening to some of the songs he was recording, and I asked him why he sings so many ballads. He immediately replied, ‘Because those songs touch the heart. The truth of life is in those songs.’ ‘ He was right.”
She wondered if Elvis would change genres and “turn more to gospel music.”
“If you’ve ever seen him sit down at the piano and sing one of those old songs, you’d know what I’m talking about. His face so serene and beautiful, he’d get lost in gospel music,” she recalled.
The late singer’s ex-wife then reflected on the ups and downs of their marriage.
“Do I dream of Elvis? Of course. When someone was such a big part of your life, it’s bound to happen. Life with him was a roller coaster, but I don’t think I’ll ever find someone I love as much as I loved him,” she concluded.

Last month, Priscilla gave her stamp to Sofia Coppola Priscillawhich was published on October 27.
During a question-and-answer event at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas, she revealed that she had reservations about the film being included in it.
“I was very worried about this movie,” said Priscilla, who is credited as the film’s executive producer. “I think it’s fine, to be honest with you.”
Priscilla then praised the Oscar-winning filmmaker for the care she took in telling the story, which was largely adapted from Priscilla’s 1985 memoir. Elvis and me.
“I love her filmmaking. I think he’s doing a great job. She is for women, and when she approached me to make a film about me, I was touched by it,” she pointed out. “If anyone should make a film, it would be for her. I would never support any film made by someone else.”
