VLADIMIR Putin has called a secret meeting for tonight after threatening the UK with a deadly new missile.
It comes after the top military commander told MPs that Britain is ready to fight if Putin attacks another eastern European nation.

As tensions between the West and Russia escalate, the state-run Telegram channel chillingly announced that Putin will hold a secret meeting tonight, but the Kremlin has yet to reveal what it will be about.
The channel also revealed that there has been no contact between Russia and the US, and hostilities between the two have reached a boiling point.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Rob Magowan made a disturbing statement to the House of Commons Defense Committee yesterday.
A military commander said the British armed forces would be ready to fight their Russian counterparts if mad Vladimir attacked another Eastern European nation.
The Deputy Chief of the British Defense Staff told the committee: “If the British Army were asked to fight tonight, they would fight tonight.
“I don’t think anyone in this room should be under the illusion that if the Russians invade Eastern Europe tonight, we’re going to meet them in that fight.”
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer had to clarify that the UK was “not at war” after Russia’s “irresponsible rhetoric”.
He told BBC Radio Bristol: “We are not at war, but Ukraine certainly is, because Ukraine has been invaded by Russia, and that war has now been going on for just over 1,000 days.
“It’s 1,000 days of Russian aggression and 1,000 days of sacrifice for Ukraine, and that’s why we’ve consistently said we stand with Ukraine. We can’t let Putin win this war.”
He also branded Russia the “aggressor” and said the war “could end today if Putin stops being aggressive.”
Putin launches hypersonic missile blitz over Ukraine in first major revenge attack since Storm Shadow and ATACMS attacks
Putin last night threatened to attack military facilities in the UK and the US after the two countries allowed Ukraine to use British-made Storm Shadow missiles and US-supplied ATACMS for attacks inside Russia.
In a televised address on Thursday, the despot said his war in Ukraine was escalating towards a global conflict after the decision.
He then warned the West that Moscow could strike back devastatingly.
One of Ukraine’s former generals has eerily claimed that World War III has officially begun as his country prepares for a Russian revenge attack on the parliament building.

In his televised speech, Putin said Russia had launched a new type of hypersonic ballistic missile called “Oreshnik” in response to Ukraine’s strikes in Russia’s Kursk region.
An intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) hit a defense company in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro yesterday morning.
A simulation video showing how these missiles work reveals how they evaded Ukrainian defenses.
According to the tyrant, his new deadly weapon traveled 10 times the speed of sound and was therefore unstoppable.
Russian sources claim that its 5,000 km range would allow Russia to launch a devastating attack on most of Europe and the US West Coast.
Initially, it was thought that Russia had fired an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), but the US later clarified that this was not true.
Speaking last night, Putin said: “Russia is considered authorized to use weapons against military installations of countries that allow their weapons to be used against Russia.
“From this moment, as we have repeatedly emphasized, the conflict in Ukraine, provoked by the West, acquired elements of a global nature.”
Confirming the use of the new Oreshnik, the mad dictator gloated: “Among other things, one of the latest Russian medium-range missile systems has been tested.
“In this case, with a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic gear. Our engineers named it the Nutcracker.
“In response to the use of American and British long-range weapons, on November 21 of this year, the Russian armed forces carried out a combined attack on one of the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.”

Warning that he could use the weapons against countries that have allowed Kiev to use its missiles to attack Russia, the dictator added: “If necessary, we will select targets for destruction.
“Currently there are no means to suppress such weapons. It is impossible.
“I recommend that the ruling elites of those countries who are considering allegiance to Russia seriously consider this.”
There are fears that Russia has up to 10 of these terrifying new ballistic missiles in its arsenal.
The Kremlin said the attack on Ukraine using the newly developed missile was a message to the West that Moscow would respond strongly to any “reckless” actions by the West.
Putin’s stooge and Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned that the West “cannot remain without a reaction from the Russian side” when it manufactures and supplies missiles to Ukraine.
Peskov said: “The Russian side has clearly demonstrated its capabilities, and the contours of further retaliatory actions in case our concerns are not taken into account are quite clearly outlined.”
He added that Putin remained open to dialogue, but that the outgoing administration of President Joe Biden “prefers to continue on the path of escalation.”
Ukraine described the Russian coup as a major escalation of the “scale and brutality” of the war by a “crazy neighbor”.
And the USA said that Moscow is to blame for the escalation of the conflict “at every step”.

Zelensky said that the new hypersonic ballistic missile has reached the speed and height of an ICBM.
ICBMs have a range of over 5,500 km and are designed for nuclear warfare.
They shoot to the edge of space and can reach speeds of 13,000 km/h before hurtling almost towards their targets.
British Defense Secretary John Healey said Russia had been planning the attack for “months”.
Eastern European NATO members, including Latvia and Estonia, have watched Russia’s bloody invasion of Ukraine with trepidation since it began in 2022.
Finland, which borders Russia to the east, has stepped up national security by issuing advice to citizens to prepare “for incidents and crises”.
Norse citizens were also told to prepare for war and given gruesome survival guides.
And the plans of Germany’s preparations for the Third World War were also revealed in a secret document of 1000 pages.
China has repeated calls for “calmness” and restraint from all sides in the war.
Beijing said on Friday: “China’s position on the Ukraine issue is consistent and clear, advocating resolving the crisis through political means and avoiding escalation of the situation.”
China claims to be neutral when it comes to the war in Ukraine and says it is not sending any aid to either side – unlike the US and other Western countries.
Kiev is gearing up for a major coup after Ukraine penetrated deep into Russia for the first time
But it is known that China remains a close political and economic friend of Putin and Russia.
NATO has previously labeled Beijing as the “decisive driver” of the war.
During the night on Monday, Kiev launched American ATACMS missiles into Putin’s territory – and on Wednesday British Storm Shadow missiles.
Russia threatened to “react appropriately” as embassies in the capital Kiev were closed yesterday amid fears of reprisals.
A senior North Korean general was injured in a Ukrainian Storm Shadow missile attack on Russia’s Kursk region on Thursday.
And Putin’s friend Kim Jong Un warned of the risk of “destructive” nuclear war as he raged against the West for helping Ukraine.
In a speech at a military exhibition on Thursday, the burly dictator warned that “never before” has the Korean Peninsula faced “such a dangerous and acute conflict”, KNCA reported.
Simmering tensions “could escalate into the most devastating thermonuclear war,” he said.
Moscow’s ambassador to the UK has accused Britain of being “directly involved” in the Ukraine war after Storm Shadow carried out an attack on targets deep in Russia.
Andrei Kelin told Sky News: “Britain and the UK are now directly involved in this war, because this firing cannot happen without NATO personnel, also British personnel.”
Moscow has warned for months that Ukraine’s use of Western long-range missiles would mark a major escalation.
In September, a snarling Putin said it would “mean that NATO countries are at war with Russia.”
And on Tuesday, the embattled despot doubled down, approving a new nuclear doctrine just hours after the attack on ATACMS.
The new policy allows Moscow to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear states and Russia said the move should be seen as a warning to the West.
Putin’s propagandist stooges spewed out threats against the US and the UK on TV – with Kremlin top brass Dmitry Peskov vowing that the Ukrainian military’s use of Western non-nuclear missiles could trigger a nuclear response.
