Missing mother of two children found dead
Rachel was last seen on the morning of November 10, 2022 by her sister Emily. Rachel lived with her sister and her two children in her sister’s home. Rachel went missing on November 10, 2022 when Emily returned home in the 300 block of Country Club Drive in the Wood Ranch area. Inside, she found evidence of a struggle. She found a significant amount of blood at the scene.
Rachel’s personal items such as car keys, cell phone and vehicle were in the house, but Rachel was not there. Emily called the police. The police established that the crime had taken place.
The police started walking towards Rachel. Rachel’s father drove up from Northern California on November 11, 2022 to help search for his daughter. He told NBC4 on Friday night,

Rachel’s family told KABC that Rachel left both of her children with their father on the morning of November 10, 2022, before she disappeared.

A lot of her things – including her phone, keys and car – were still in the house.”
Rachel’s ex-husband Ali is said to have picked up their two children from Rachel’s flat on the day Rachel went missing.
Police arrested Ali as the prime suspect at his parents’ home in Victorville in connection with Rachel’s murder.
Police found Rachel’s dead body in a remote location in Antelope Valley on Sunday afternoon. The police said
“This investigation has developed rapidly over the past few days. This case is still under investigation and some details cannot be released due to legal and investigative reasons. The Simi Valley Police Department will release additional details regarding this case as they become available.”
