Rachel Leviss Hits the Runway in 2 Glittering Gowns for New York Fashion Week Debut: ‘Feel at Home’ (Exclusive)

Rachel Leviss is back, baby, and she just made her New York Fashion Week debut.

The Vanderpump Rules star walked the Glaudi by Johana Hernandez show on February 8, wearing two eye-catching dresses. He tells PEOPLE the moment is both “nostalgic” and “new and exciting.”

“The last fashion show I walked in was in Paris for Paris Fashion Week and it was also for Glaudio,” she says ahead of her catwalk moment. “Johana Hernandez was also a designer there. So we’ve worked together over the years. It feels like home.”

Leviss wore a gold strapless gown to open the show and a red glittery cut-out gown that also featured a dramatic cape to close the show. She said designer Hernandez had an idea of ​​what she wanted to wear, and those head-turning dresses — which practically floated down the runway — were it.

“This is like re-entering the world of modeling,” Leviss says of re-immersing himself in modeling. “I’m not sure if it’s something I want to pursue with all my heart, but I’m open to it.”

After walking the runway not once, but twice, Leviss tells PEOPLE she was on an adrenaline high, but proud to make her big NYFW debut.

“I feel good,” she said. “I feel relieved. Of course, the adrenaline is pumping and I just feel like it was a job well done. We did what we came to do and now we can celebrate and have fun.”

She honestly adds that after the year she went through — including “Scandoval” and the public fight with her Vanderpump Rules costars — this was the confidence boost she needed.
