In 2016, Raja Vetri Prabhu started making lip-sync and dance videos on TikTok. Soon, his videos started getting a lot of views and became popular. However, after TikTok was banned in India, he started making Instagram videos. He started his YouTube channel “Raja Vetri Prabhu” in January 2016 and started posting dance cover videos and blogs. In October 2021, he received the Silver Creator Award for surpassing 100,000 subscribers on his channel.

In August 2017, he started another YouTube channel called ‘Chennai 360*’ where he uploads interesting videos, short films and mini-series. His first video released on the channel titled ‘Chennai’ In Puthu Adayalam’ was viewed over 14,000 times. He produced a Tamil show titled “Bus Pass” in June 2019 and uploaded it on YouTube channel “Chennai 360*”. The show is a spoof of the popular reality TV show “Bigg Boss”.

In 2020, he created the comedy mini-series “LockDown Series” and uploaded it to the YouTube channel “Chennai 360*”. The series consists of six episodes. He received the channel’s Silver Creator Award in August 2020. In the same year, he appeared in the Tamil television series “Neacet Enthan Ponvasantham”, playing the role of Dheena. The show airs on Zee Tamil channel and is streamed on OTT platform ZEE5.
