Reba McEntire Steals Frankie Torres from Gwen Stefani in a Last-Minute Decision on The Voice

Reba McEntire has a few tricks up her sleeve!

On Tuesday, October 22 episode Votecountry star stole Frankie Torres from Team Gwen during The Battles.

Torres performed an unforgettable rendition of INXS’ “Never Tear Us Apart” with fellow Team Gwen member Gabrielle Zabosky.

But when push came to shove, Stefani, 55, chose Zabosky to stay on her team — leaving Torres open for another coach to take over.

Just as the singer was saying goodbye and thanking the coaches for the experience on the show, McEntire (69) pressed the steal button.

Michael Bublé gives a bold prediction of the winner Vote while he steals from Team Gwen — and she steals right back!

“I loved her singing. I played a bit there because I told Gabrielle so you would go with Gabrielle [and] I could have Frankie,” McEntire told Stefani.

“Wow,” Stefani replied in shock.

The “I’m a Survivor” singer added, “Anyway, I was going to steal it because I love your performance, your singing, everything about it.”

In an interview after the moment, McEntire said she loved Torres’ “tone,” “stage presence” and “voice.”

Meanwhile, Torres said she’s “so excited to be working with Reba.”

“Hers was my first concert. Hers and Kelly Clarkson. I left for Kelly and stayed for Reba and it was amazing,” she said, as McEntire crept up behind her.
