Revised fees for enrollment in JKBOSE 10th, 12th open school
JKBOSE 10th, 12th Admission Fees: Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has fixed the admission fees for JK Board Class 10th and 12th open school examinations. The fee for issuing a migration certificate, a duplicate certificate of assessment or a certificate of professional qualification and a photocopy of the answer remains the same as the previous year.
However, the structure of registration fees and examination fees of class 10th and 11th students seeking admission in Jammu and Kashmir State Open School (JKSOS) has been revised. The JKBOSE Class 10 and Class 11 annual and biennial examinations for the academic year 2023 have also been rescheduled.
The decision to reschedule the JKBOSE Class 10 Private Annual Exam and Class 11 Half Year Exams 2023 in Jammu and Kashmir has been taken as per the proposal of the JK Service Selection Board (JKSSB).

Rationalized teaching programs of mathematics, science, social sciences for grades 9, 10 JKBOSE
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has rationalized the Class 9 and 10 Syllabus and Syllabus and Marking Scheme for Mathematics, Science and Social Science subjects for the academic year 2023-24. Rationalization of the JKBOSE curriculum in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP).
According to the scheme of study, the compulsory subjects for the 2024 class 10 professional exam are General English, Urdu or Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science (History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Disaster Management and Road Safety Education) and Science (Physics , chemistry, biology).
