RHOBH: Kyle Admits to Having a ‘Fight’ with Mauricio Over ‘A–hole’ Women Who Slide Into His DMs: ‘I Hate That’

Kyle Richards is not a fan of the undue attention her husband Mauricio Umansky is getting on Instagram.

In Wednesday’s episode The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsKyle, 54, revealed that she and Mauricio, 53, had been arguing about messages he was receiving from other women on the social media platform while playing a revealing card game at Annemarie Wiley’s birthday party.

The topic came up after Sutton Stracke pulled a card that asked, “What is appropriate for husbands when it comes to communicating with other women on social media?” Kyle then responded with one word, “Murder.”

“I had an argument with Mo about it. I hate it,” she added. “Like people’s photos, follow people – you don’t do that.”

Speaking to the cameras, the actress expanded on her issues with Mauricio’s interactions on Instagram.

“Mo gets a lot of DMs from women,” she said. “They don’t care that he’s married, and they’re always the aggressor. And it just makes you realize there’s a lot of fucking assholes out there.”

Kyle went on to say that the social media ban list doesn’t end with DMing other women.

“But also, you don’t have to follow every single person and like all their photos,” she said. – I don’t like that at all.

Kyle and Mauricio have faced many challenges in their marriage. In July 2022, PEOPLE confirmed that the couple had divorced after 27 years together. Just hours later, the duo broke their silence and admitted they had faced the “most challenging” year of their marriage.

“Regarding the news that came out about us today… All the divorce claims are false,” Richards shared on her Instagram. “However, yes, we have had a difficult year. The most challenging in our marriage. But we both love and respect each other very much.”

Despite their problems, Mauricio insisted that he and Kyle are working on their marriage and have no plans to divorce.

“We have been married for 27 years. We’re in a bit of a tough situation,” he told PEOPLE in October 2023, adding that “life throws you different things sometimes” and “you have to get through it.”

Until then, the founder of the Agency explained his decision to give up watching this season RHOBH to avoid seeing the “dramatization” of his marriage.

“I know they dramatize everything,” he said Skinny Confidential On & Her Show podcast next month. “There’s a bunch of stuff I don’t really want to see because it’s just going to create more noise for me and more opinions.”

“All the people who watch that show are cocky and they just don’t get it. There are two people on the other side of your opinion. It’s really, really hard,” he said.
