Season 14 newcomer Bozom “Boz” Saint John recently stopped by the original talk show Tubi We have time today to discuss leaving the boardroom at Bravo with hosts Deion Sanders and Rocsi Diaz.

When asked about her transition from the corporate world to the reality world, Eve by Boz CEO (47) replied: “It was a surprise for me too.”
“This script — interacting with the women, all that stuff — is easy work. It really is,” she explained. “Because the boardroom battle is much, much worse than this.”
“Conversation [with costars]at least i know what you’re talking about. Try being in a meeting room where you are cut from all angles. Especially if you’re the only woman and the only black person,” Boz added.

“It’s a battle you want no part of,” she continued. “And the fact that I’ve survived not just one, but four such rooms means there’s really nothing anyone could ever say to me that would make me break a sweat.”

Boz is the only new full-time member RHOBH this season, joining housewives Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. She is the second black housewife in the series after Beauvais.

Considering the season just started, Boz has yet to find herself in any major battles, but being sympathetic to Dorit in the midst of her feud with Kyle could have some ramifications as the season progresses.
