Tensions were still high during the final stretch The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City as the tirade-filled trip to Palm Springs continued.
Most notably, the unexpected change in the itinerary unsettles the group — especially Lisa Barlow, who was upset about not being able to use her glam squad — while Meredith Marks and Angie Katsanevas’ feud from the night before spills over, sparking more fights among the women.

Speaking of that feud between Meredith, 51, and Angie, 49, the other women had something to say about it upon returning to Trixie’s motel after dinner. According to Lisa, 48, this season’s newcomer “came in super hot,” while fellow new housemate Monica Garcia thought Angie’s behavior was “unnecessary,” “cheesy” and “embarrassing.”
However, Lisa’s comments prompted Whitney Rose, 36, to open up about her ongoing frustration with Meredith, telling Lisa that she was “manipulating the situation by saying, ‘I can’t talk about it right now. Do you know what I’m going through?'”

Lisa, who said she is still trying to move forward with Meredith, admitted she was “not aware of the fact that everything is being used as a weapon.”
But a new day meant a new activity — which included Meredith instructing the ladies to wear matching “No Trix, All Trust” T-shirts before taking them to a nearby park to complete trust-building exercises.
Of course, things got awkward with Angie throwing a little shade at the situation by making her own t-shirt that said “All Trix, No Trust.”
Angie joked, “Meredith wants to be petty? I can be petty too.”

Meanwhile, Mary Cosby, 50, decided not to take part in the latest group activity, explaining in her confessional: “I know exactly who to trust, and I know exactly who not to trust out of this whole group. I don’t need anyone to tell me how to build a stronger relationship with people. I already have my connections built with my higher help, not these women.”

Divided into pairs of two, the remaining women played a game of “landmines,” in which one person was blindfolded while the other had to verbally guide her through various obstacles. The duo included Heather Gay, 49, with Angie; Whitney with Meredith and Lisa with Monica.
Despite not getting along with Angie, Heather admitted she “actually had a great time with her” during the activity, while Meredith and Whitney surprisingly came out on top and were the first couple to complete the obstacle course.

On the drive home, Meredith told Mary that she would like to participate in a group activity when Lisa interrupted the conversation. At that point, Mary growled at Lisa, “Do you have a mute button?” Undeterred, Lisa snapped, “No, I don’t know. I’m in the game all the time.” The moment ended with Mary continuing to skip out on many group activities this season, implying that she doesn’t want to grow with this group of women.

At the Trixie Motel, Whitney revealed that there would be a change of plans and that all the women would be participating in a makeup contest. The judge would be none other than her friend and drag queen Trixie Mattel.
This sent the group into a frenzy. Feeling unprepared, Meredith noted that the two had just done a trust exercise about communication (which is something Whitney also goes to therapy for once a week).
“Seriously, Whitney? Maybe I had something else planned today. It’s not your trip,” Meredith said in a confessional interview. For her part, Whitney admitted in her own confessional that she brought up this new plan to the women because she was “fucking bored” and wanted to take advantage of the “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” to date Trixie.

Lisa had the biggest breakdown of all. Not only was she upset because she brought her glamorous crew into town for the trip, but she didn’t want to do her own makeup in front of the cameras. “The only thing I like to be in control of is the way I look,” she told the women.
Lisa later added in a confessional that the situation was “freaking torture” before revealing she spent around $60,000 on the glam – including a freelance make-up artist.
Lisa then wasted no time in getting the show’s producers involved and talking about not being allowed to use her glamorous look. Tearful, she said she would not be going out that night dressed in “s— f—ing glam.”
After hearing Lisa’s complaining, Monica compared the owner of Vida Tequila to a spoiled brat Charlie and the Chocolate Factory character Veruca Salt, adding that she’s “privileged AF.”

In the end, only Angie, Heather, Monica — who won their little contest — and Whitney walked out in fancy dresses. Meredith, Lisa, and Mary quit, causing animosity among the group, with Heather criticizing Meredith for being a “troublemaker”.
After dinner, Angie, Monica, and Whitney started gossiping about Lisa, Mary, and Meredith’s “wet noodles,” with Monica specifically accusing Lisa of being “insecure” for not joining the party.
Although Lisa tried to bring up their conversation, which she overheard at the restaurant, all it did was a big outburst from Monica, who again attacked Lisa for being “deaf” about losing her $60,000 diamond ring.
During their argument, Lisa insisted that she “shot her ass” and that she wouldn’t “apologize for any part of me.” Monica responded by calling Lisa “shallow” and then added that she was a “sh—.”

Not long after, Angie was pulled in when Lisa called Monica out for being a hypocrite during Angie and Meredith’s fight the night before. This led to some name-calling from Monica, which Whitney found “nasty”.
The fight then continued in the bar, where the conversation between Lisa and Monica turned to materialism.
But the feud wasn’t just isolated to the two of them — Whitney also blasted Meredith for not making an effort. Meredith responded by chiding Whitney for overstepping.
Whitney countered that Meredith was holding her “emotionally hostage” before Meredith dropped the hammer, calling Whitney a “monster” and “disgusting.”

Although Meredith tried to leave, Whitney followed her and renewed her argument with Angie. After being compared to a “pit bull,” Angie called Meredith a “trampoline with eyes.”
The episode ended with a fight that spilled over into the group as Monica and Angie left, the former yelling, “Don’t put your fingers in my face like Jen Shah.”
