Roger Menama Lukaku, his father, is a former footballer who also played as a striker. During his career, Roger played for teams such as KV Oostende, KV Mechelen and Germinal Ekeren.
Romelu also has a brother named Jordan Lukaku, who plays left back for Spanish club SD Ponferradina. He moved through Anderlecht’s junior program before joining Belgium’s Royal Antwerp.
