Romeo Beckham has a special new ink!
The footballer, 21, showed off his latest tattoo in honor of girlfriend Mia Regan in a new photo on Sunday as the pair celebrated the model’s 21st birthday.
Regan posted an Instagram Story shot of Romeo with new ink — the word “Mooch” — on her right arm inside her elbow at the restaurant, referencing her nickname and part of the model’s Instagram tag, “Mimi Moocher.”

Romeo’s tattoo artist, London-based artist @certifiedletterboy on Instagram, showed off the ink on his grill, writing in the caption, “Mooch on @romeobeckham 🎉 Happy birthday Mia hope you like the surprise.”
His ink for Regan is in keeping with the Beckham boys’ family tradition of tattoos dedicated to the women in their lives. Patriarch David Beckham has several pieces dedicated to his wife Victoria Beckham and older brother Brooklyn Peltz Beckham has several pieces dedicated to Nicola Peltz Beckham.

In celebration of her birthday on Sunday, Regan dined with Romeo at the Bacchanalia restaurant in Mayfair, London, where the photo was taken.
Romeo and Regan celebrated their four-year anniversary in May. They made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2021 British Fashion Awards.

Romeo paid tribute to Regan on her birthday on Sunday in a post, writing: “HAPPY 21st beautiful girl, love you so much ♥️♥️.” Along with his message, he posted photos of him and Regan together, including shots of the pair dancing on a night out.
“Thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes, my heart is full of love!! Cheers to 21,” Regan later wrote on her Instagram Story.

Romeo catches up with David and Brooklyn on tattoos – as the pair have nearly 200 combined – including several in honor of their partners.
David, 48, has several tattoos for Victoria, including one of “99”, in reference to the year they married and son Brooklyn, 24, was born, the Latin phrase “Ut Amem Et Foveam” (meaning “So I Love and appreciate”) and Victoria’s name on his left arm.
In September, he confirmed to The Sun that he got new ink in tribute to his wife “Posh” on his middle finger, a reference to Victoria’s nickname Posh Spice from her Spice Girls days.
Brooklyn, on the other hand, has more than 70 tattoos dedicated to Nicola.
