Rubika Liaquat was born on Monday, 18 April 1983, in Udaipur, Rajasthan (age 40 years 2023). She completed her schooling from San Gregorio High School in Udaipur and went to Mumbai University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in mass communication (journalism).
While studying journalism, Rubika interned at Channel 24 for 3 months in 2003. She graduated in 2005.

Profession
Rubika started her career as a news anchor in 2007 with Live India channel. She worked there until September 2008, then joined News 24 as an anchor and senior reporter. Next, she joined Zee News as an anchor. She became popular for hosting a show called “Taal Thok Ke”. She worked as a senior anchor and editor at ZEE News.
In August 2018, she resigned from Zee News and joined ABP News Network. At ABP News, she began hosting the primetime show “Master Stroke” Monday through Friday at 9 p.m. The program tells some of the biggest national, international and research-based stories.
According to reports, in June 2023, she resigned from ABP Network, where she had worked for five years, and took up a position as vice president at Bharat24, led by Jagdish Chandra. Bharat24 is a news channel owned by the ETV Group, launched in August 2022; Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur and BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya ) attended the press conference.
