Rupesh Bane is an Indian dancer and actor and the winner of the Indian television dance reality show Dance Plus: Season 5. He is popularly known as the T-shirt boy.

Rupesh Bane was born on Monday, November 8, 1999 (age 20; i.e. 2o19) in Dombivli, Maharashtra. His star sign is Scorpio.
He attended Shree Vailankanni English School in Dombivli but dropped out in Class 11 to pursue a career in dance.

He has two elder brothers, Umesh Bane (who works at the St. Regis Hotel in Mumbai) and Kunal Bane (an actor, director and producer).

Profession
He had earlier auditioned for the dance reality show Dance India Dance Li’l Masters but failed to make it through the audition. He also participated in the dance reality show Dance Plus three times but was eliminated in the audition. In 2019, he participated in the fifth season of Star Plus’ show Dance Plus and became the champion of the show.
In 2015, he made his acting debut with the Marathi film Cinderella.
He has also acted in two other Marathi films, Bardo (2018) and Sur Sapata (2019).

- In an interview, Rupesh revealed that unlike other parents who force their children to study, his mother wanted him to pursue dancing as a career. He also said that he initially learned dancing from his mother and later received professional training.
- In an interview, Rupesh confessed that he had been rejected from dance competitions before, so to participate in the “Dance Bonus”, he practiced for 16 hours a day and sometimes even all night.
