Sucha Singh, better known by his stage name “Sabar Koti” (1960-2018), was an Indian Punjabi singer known for his songs “Hanju” (“Tears”), “Ik Chan Umbran Te” (Moon in the Sky ), “Gamm” and widely known. Nahi Mukde (Suffering Has No End) and Mera Dil Kho Gaya (Lost My Heart). Sabar Koti passed away in Jalandhar, Punjab, India on January 25, 2018 at the age of 58 after a long illness.

Sabar Koti died on January 25, 2018, in a hospital in Jalandhar, Punjab, after a long illness. The cause of death of Sabal Koti was said to be renal failure. Sabar Koti was cremated in his hometown Kot Karar Khan in Kapurthala district. Many celebrities such as Hans Raj Hans, Sadul Sikander, Guru Salim, Jasbir Jahi, Mohammad Sadiq and Feroz Khan were present to pay their final respects.
