Sabrina Bryan is still close to one of her Cheetah sisters.
16 years after the last one Cheetah Girls movie — starring Bryan, Raven-Symoné, Adrienne Bailon-Houghton and Kiely Williams — aired on the Disney Channel, Bryan revealed which of her co-stars has been a close confidante for more than 20 years.
“Raven, Adrienne and I haven’t really talked too much,” Bryan, 39, told E! News. “Kiely was one of my best friends from start to finish.”
As a testament to their enduring relationship, Bryan was chosen as a maid of honor at Williams’ wedding to Brandon Cox in 2016 — and Bryan returned the favor in 2018, asking Williams to be a maid of honor at her wedding to Jordan Lundberg.
“From the first movie we really bonded,” she added of Williams, 37. “And we were so sad when filming ended because we thought that was going to be it. And then when we started doing shows and then the Christmas tour and after her—it’s been seven years—we’ve stayed so close.”

Although there were long rumors of on-set discord among the Cheetah Girls cast, Bryan considered her loss of contact with the other actresses a natural part of life. “When you work with people and then you’re together for such a long time and such an intense time, and then they’re gone after that,” she explained.
“Watching Raven and her career and Adrienne and her career grow has been so amazing,” she added. “I love seeing all the work they’ve done. And it’s been really fun to watch from afar.”

Bryan just started a Disney rewatch podcast Magic rewind with A boy meets the world star Will Friedle, and Williams has already guest starred. During the conversation, Williams even shared how she and Bryan “bonded” over the dress, saying, “We’ll always be best friends because of it.”
The 20th anniversary of the first was marked in September Cheetah Girls movie, and Williams paid a special tribute to Bryan on Instagram: “[Sabrina] you’re not just my bandmate, you’re my best friend. We shared countless memories, laughs and all the tears. Your belief in me was a source of inspiration and I am eternally grateful for our friendship. Together we discovered the true power of unity and sisterhood. 👯♀️💫”
