Sajidha Mohamed was born in 1978 in Male, Maldives (age 46 in 2024). After completing her studies, Sajida moved to Bangalore, India, where she graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Thereafter, she traveled to London, England, where she completed her postgraduate studies and obtained her MSc and PhD in 2005 from the University of Leeds.
