Soon after, Samia opened her own bakery, Hazel’s Food and Bakerz, where she offered a variety of cakes made with the finest ingredients. In 2020, she started the online Ramadan series “Khaas Hai Ramadan with Chef Samia” on YouTube.

On March 15, 2016, chef Samia Jamil founded CEBO (Catering and Event Bakers Organization), a non-profit organization that supports female entrepreneurs by providing current market opportunities.

In an interview, Samia talked about the motivation for founding CEBO and said:
The group recognizes the efforts of women who have started businesses and actively supported their families and male partners during difficult times. All women who are watching me or attending this event with me are my warriors. ”
CEBO supports a variety of home food businesses including bakers, caterers, confectioners and delivery services. It also serves event planners, photographers, culinary establishments, chefs, food bloggers, print media and baking tool suppliers. Pakistani women have benefited greatly from CEBO’s projects. Soon after, Samia hosted a show called “CEBO Lounge” and interviewed many entrepreneurial guests.
