In 1987, after completing his formal education, Mr. Bhasin started working as a Director at HB Group Ltd., a Delhi-based metal pipe manufacturing company. He worked there for 18 years and resigned in 2005 to take up a similar position at Deutsche Bank, a German investment bank, where he worked till 2009. Sanjiv has also worked as a Consultant at ICICI Direct and NDTV. He joined IIFL as a Consultant in 2015 and rose through the ranks to become the Director of IIFL Securities Ltd., Gurgaon.
