A British woman claims she had “bad” plastic surgery in Turkey and is fighting for her life after losing her right breast. Earlier this year, 32-year-old Sara Platt spent a staggering £14,000 at a cosmetic surgery center in Antalya for a tummy tuck, breast implants and three other procedures. According to the mother-of-four, the 13-hour treatment left her injured and caused her right breast to “die,” leaving her with an open, infected wound on her abdomen. She claims that while she was still conscious of her, her infected tissue was burned off and she was rushed into surgery when dark fluid began to leak from the wound.

The mother-of-four claims the 13-hour treatment left her right breast scarred, necrotic and “dead,” and she left an open, infected wound on her abdomen. After the procedure, she claimed that she was being taken into surgery when brown fluid began to flow from the area. While she was still conscious, the doctors allegedly burned the diseased tissue from her.
She admitted that she lied to the doctor about her evaluation of him because she was afraid that otherwise they would not let her go home. She had eight operations to save her life after being hospitalized in the UK after her wound became infected. She is currently raising money to take legal action against the Turkish doctor who, according to her, is responsible for the damage caused to her body and for the operation to recover it. Sara, from South Wales, says she can’t look at her body anymore and has nightmares. Sara claims the onset of her suffering began after she underwent gastric bypass surgery in September 2021 after developing 24 stones as a result of steroid treatment for endometriosis.
