Savannah Chrisley Clings to ‘Signs’ from Nic Kerdiles as She Comes to Terms with His Death: ‘This Isn’t Fair’

Savannah Chrisley continues to mourn her ex Nic Kerdiles following his sudden death over the weekend.

In an emotional Instagram post on Sunday, Chrisley knows best star shared the depth of her emotions as she processes her grief. “Impossible to believe that you are really gone,” she wrote in the description. “I’m not sure how to accept that news at all, I don’t know how to react. I am so sad and so numb. I don’t want to believe it… I keep texting you on the phone and I just hope you answer.”

Chrisley continued: “We’ve had some really great, bright moments, and we’ve had some really rough ones, but the part of our relationship that I’ll hold onto will always be the moments in the middle. It will be a daily life that we will share for 5 amazing years. It will be your absolute and complete addiction to Starbucks and how no day can start without it. It will be your love for your mom’s carrot cake, I’m sure no one has ever loved carrot cake like you do. It will be your inability to ever get the famous cliché that says, LOL, you’d butcher every quote, every time.”

Although there is heavy sadness associated with Kerdiles’ death, Chrisley is already beginning to see “signs” of his presence. In an Instagram Story, Chrisley shared messages from friends that included a ham and cheese croissant — a food Kerdiles loved.

The friend said it was a happy coincidence that their mother made this type of croissant when Savannah had mentioned earlier that she would look for Nic at similar times. “I would expect nothing less from our more accomplished Nicholas,” Chrisley wrote. “He’s already showing signs of enjoying a hot pancake in the sky.”
