The 11-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after allegedly stabbed in elementary school this afternoon.
Police officers and emergency services rushed to the scene in northern Dublin in Ireland today at about 10.30am.
It is implied that implementation was used during the incident.
The 11-year-old boy was transported to a hospital, where he was treated with injuries that were considered not threatening, police said.
Gardai confirmed that two children were involved in the incident attended school.
It is said that the other boy is under the age of 14 from 14, and therefore cannot be arrested.
Police assured the public that there was no concern for public security.
The Guard spokesman said: “Earlier today, Gardaí attended an incident that took place at the North Dublin Elementary School in which two children participated.
“Both involved in children attend school.
“One male child was taken to a hospital in Dublin with injuries that are believed not to threaten.
“Gardí is in contact with the parents of both children.
“Garda Síochán is currently associated with school management and staff with the aim of recognizing precise circumstances on the incident.”
Gardai now continues to cooperate with all state agencies regarding the incident.
The spokesman continued: “Garda Síochán will continue to deal with all relevant state agencies regarding this incident.
“No concern for public security.”
