Christina Hall is selling her Tennessee farmhouse for $4.5 million amid her divorce from husband Josh Hall.

Star of HGTV Kristina on the shore, 41, announced Thursday via her Instagram Stories that she had listed the Leiper’s Fork property, tagging her realtor Kelly Dougherty. “My home in Tennessee is officially for sale,” she wrote. “Excited about a new venture in business and real estate.”

A source told PEOPLE on Friday that her estranged husband Josh, 44, who filed for divorce from Christina in July, has been living in the home since they separated. A temporary legal agreement between the exes, filed in September and obtained by PEOPLE, gives Josh permission to use the residence as long as it is not rented out.

Christina purchased the 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 5,000-square-foot home in February 2021 for $2.5 million, according to Zillow, and shared the news of her purchase publicly that May.

Among the many amenities of the 23-acre property are a swimming pool, hot tub, three-car garage, stables and “enclosures” for the animals.

The 2017 interior features a wood-burning fireplace, natural stone walls, beamed ceilings, walk-in closets, a mudroom, and a spacious chef’s kitchen with double ovens and a gas range.

A year later, in April 2022, she revealed that the house would be the setting for a new HGTV spinoff, Christina in the countryside, which would also include Josh and her three children: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9 — who she shares with first husband Tarek El Moussa — and Hudson, 5, who she shares with second husband Ant Anstead.

Josh moved out of their $12 million mansion in Newport Beach, California in early August. Christina was granted sole use of that property, which is her primary residence, in the same agreement that allowed Josh to stay in the Tennessee home.
