On Tuesday’s episode of the hit Bravo series, viewers watch the aftermath of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ cheating scandal unfold on screen as the actors take their first vacation together since the explosion.

After arriving at a stunning lakeside cottage, Tom Schwartz marvels at the “air of peace” he notices between his actors on a relaxing vacation. He adds that the group even feels like “one happy family again” despite Ariana Madix (Sandoval’s ex who he cheated on) and Katie Maloney deciding to end the trip.

From Brock Davies confronting Sandoval for making everyone uncomfortable, to Sandoval thanking his co-stars for being so “friendly” to him – tension is sure to be brewing at the lake house.

The beautiful house where the ugly drama unfolds is 4,204 square feet of real estate for rent. It has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms and is currently available for reservations on Vrbo. According to the listing, the home costs an average of $2,314 per night and can sleep up to ten people.

As seen in Tuesday night’s episode, the property has beautiful views of the lake and offers a private terrace where guests can soak up the sun or relax in the hot tub.

Dubbed the “Home of the Stars,” the three-story abode was once a temporary home for Sahara Tahoe Hotel & Casino performers from 1965 to 1983, according to the listing. It is known that Elvis Presley also had a private apartment in the Sahara.

Looking inside the space, the lower level has access to the dock and lakeside deck, while also boasting entertainment amenities including foosball, TV and kitchenette.

On the third level there are bedrooms and a dry sauna. Meanwhile, the other has a sitting area and a living room equipped with a fireplace and a pool table.

Also on the second level is the spacious kitchen where Davies confronts Sandoval about the impact his affair has had on everyone. In response, Sandoval agrees, “What I did was horrible, but neither Raquel nor I did it with any evil intent.”

He adds, “We felt that things were done to us with a very specific malicious intent,” referring to his co-stars’ treatment of him after his affair, such as Scheana Shay highlighting his “vicious energy.”

In the middle of a trip to Lake Tahoe, Madix was spotted at the LA home she shares with Sandoval. The exes are still living in the apartment they bought in 2019 and remodeled together in 2021. They are currently considering how to separate after their split in March 2023.

During Tuesday’s episode, Madix reveals that Sandoval wants to “buy me out of this place,” which she doesn’t think is fair since the two have acquired expensive and significant furniture together over the years.

As a result, Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in January 2024 asking them to sell their shared home and split the proceeds equally. Her ex quickly dismissed her request with his counterclaim (filed in February) claiming that the house split should not be granted.
