On Friday, Prime Video shared a new clip from the film Role playing exclusively with PEOPLE that shows Cuoco, 38, Oyelowo, 47, and Nighy, 74, drinking together at a bar as Nighy’s character Bob begins to suggest that he may know more about Emma’s (Cuoco) secret identity.

The clip shows Bob buying Emma and Dave (Oyelowo) some shots that show “a little punch” and starts laughing when Emma, ​​a woman who hides her killer identity from her husband, suggests that she “never shoots.”

“Emma has a wonderful husband, Dave, and two children in suburban New Jersey,” reads the official synopsis for the upcoming film. “She also has a secret life as a contract killer – a secret her husband David discovers when the couple decide to spice up their marriage with a little role-playing.”
