Wayne Knight says his weight loss journey has varied over the years.
The 69-year-old revealed in a video on TMZ on Wednesday, Nov. 20, that he tried “everything anyone could ever try” to lose weight “over a period of many years.”
Knight explained that he had tried therapy, drugs, surgery, radiation, adding that “every single one of them worked” – and joked that he had been “taken by aliens”. But he did not clarify which gave the results.
When asked if Knight did it “the old-fashioned way” and reduced his calorie intake, he confirmed that the method “works” for him as well.
Initially, Knight scoffed when asked how many pounds he had lost from his peak weight to his current weight, saying “7,000 pounds.” The Seinfeld star then remarked: “No, I lose 10. I gained 50. I lose 100.” But he clarified after appearing in Steven Spielberg’s film Jurassic Park to date he has lost 110 pounds.
