Selena Gomez is back blonde for the holidays.
On Sunday, the “Single Soon” singer debuted blonde highlights on her brunette locks, posting selfies of her new ‘do on Instagram.

Gomez first started flirting with lighter hair in 2017, and went full platinum in 2021. At the time, she wrote on Instagram that she would have to choose new makeup colors to complement her hair.
The star also seems to enjoy experimenting with the length of her hair. She showed off a wavy bob in March 2022, before revealing waist-length extensions just days later.

It’s in February Just the murders in the building star hinted she’s ready for a style change by posting a throwback pic with curly hair.
“I liked my haircut then.. should I do it again?” she asked her companions.
Meanwhile, back at work, the Emmy-nominated star shares a collection of cute photos with her Just the murders in the building costars, Steve Martin and Martin Short.
The kind post on Sunday included some photos from the set of Gomez with Martin, 78, and Short, 73. It included one of her snuggling up to Martin as they walk, and another of her holding bunny ears up behind the two actors’ heads.
Gomez also shared some sweet snaps of her hugging her co-stars at various events, along with a photo of herself with Short on the red carpet. She titled the post “Trio”.
The show’s Instagram account showed the love in a post with the caption, “BFFs ❤️.” Hulu – which streams the show – also chimed in, writing “this friendship 🥹.”
Since the series premiered in 2021, Gomez and her co-stars have formed a strong bond, and the Rare Beauty founder said TheWrap in June that she learned a thing or two from her veteran stage partners.
“They helped sharpen my skills,” she said of the pair’s impressive comedy history. “I hope to be as funny as them one day. They are really gifted at creating a situation out of nothing and making people laugh and I admire that deeply.”
