Selena Gomez seems to keep up with social media fashion trends.
On Friday, the singer, actress and beauty, 31, hit the red carpet at the AFI Awards in Los Angeles wearing a sexy ’90s-inspired black striped bodysuit paired with a gold Versace belt adorned with the brand’s famous Medusa head. She styled the look with a gorgeous blowout, smokey eye and bare lips. Her outfit fully embraces TikTok’s latest viral fashion trend, the “office siren.”
The aesthetic — which already has more than 5.9 million views under the hashtag — is defined by a neutral color palette and fitted silhouettes paired with accessories. Think pointe heels, lots of black, red lipstick, chunky jewelry, and vintage Calvin Klein or Ralph Lauren.

Selena Gomez looks angelic in a $70 lace corset bra at her rare beauty event in Los Angeles
It’s been a busy week for Gomez. At her Rare Beauty skincare event on Wednesday in Los Angeles, The Just the murders in the building star wore a chic, eye-catching Victoria’s Secret Lace Corset Bra Top, $70.
White underwear, which peeked out from the white vest, was combined with matching trousers and a coat to create an angelic ensemble. For added sparkle, Gomez accessorized with an Effy diamond tennis necklace in 14K white gold.
She kept the rest of her look toned down with neutral makeup and loose waves through her brown hair. She also opted for a checked clutch and open-toe pumps.

On January 8, the actress walked the red carpet of the 2024 Golden Globe Awards (where she was nominated!) in a gorgeous red Giorgio Armani dress.
The design was impressive in its own right thanks to the asymmetrical hemline and black detailing, including cutouts at the front that were accented with rosettes, along with black lining peeking out from under the skirt. However, the unseasonably windy weather in Los Angeles added a whole new level of drama to the vibrant multi-brunette look.

During her red carpet walk, Gomez stopped to pose for photos, and one photographer can then be heard telling her she’s “working on the wind” in a video he shared Vogue on Instagram.
The “Single Soon” singer smiled as the wind caught her hem leading to her embracing her Marilyn moment as the dress rode up around her knees as she modestly tried to keep it in place.
